Super friendly staff! Very clean and modern and the highest tech machines I've seen. I went here to get a retainer replaced and was in and out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend to anyone in the Destin area! You won't be disappointed!

You will not find a more kind and caring staff! They smile at you when you walk in the door and call you by name each time you go! They are more than willing to answer any questions and make sure you have the best experience possible! Invisalign was the best choice for me and they made it such an easy process. Dr. Runnnels had a contest for free Invisalign in honor of teacher appreciation week and I was one of the lucky ones to have won! It was so special that he wanted to make teachers feel appreciated, and what better gift than a straight smile!! You will not be disappointed when you choose them!!

Absolutely love this place!! Dr. Runnels & his staff are amazing!! When I first found out my daughter needed braces, I went to multiple orthodontist offices for a consultation and then went in to Dr. Runnels & was amazed at how friendly the staff are, the games they had to entertain my other children, cookies and coffee for us that need it lol, they had my daughter's name on the wall welcoming her to the office, I mean the list is endless. If you need an orthodontist, this is definitely the place to go!! My daughter got her braces off today & they have given her a perfect smile! I'm so happy I chose them!

For years now Dr. Runnels and his staff have made my experience here wonderful. They are always very kind and friendly and I recommend coming here for any dental work. Dr. Runnels has gone above and beyond for me and for all his patients and his passion for helping others truly shows in his practice.

I can't say enough good about Dr. Runnels and his staff. Our family has been seeing Dr. Runnels for many years, with three of my children having completed orthodontic treatment with him. The office is well run, the staff is personable, and they go out of their way to accommodate patients' schedules and needs. Dr. Runnels is everyone's best friend. Kids and teens love him and you can tell that he genuinely cares for his patients. He also is a huge supporter of schools and education in the area. We love this office.

I've seen other dentistry offices, and their not as cool as Dr. Runnels! Mr. Runnels is a nice, and joyful fellow that will be happy to help straighten your teeth.
