Melissa is a Front Desk Administrator and Insurance Coordinator for Runnels Orthodontics. Melissa graduated with a bachelor’s in Health Care Administration in 2014 from Ferris State University. A few months later, she moved to Phoenix City, Alabama to be closer to her college sweetheart at FT Benning Army Base. They were recently married, re-stationed by the army, and are enjoying the Florida sunshine. Melissa’s favorite thing about working in orthodontics is helping patients gain confidence and seeing their transformations!
April is a Certified Orthodontics Assistant and New Patient Coordinator for Runnels Orthodontics. April graduated from California State University, Chico in 2016 with a bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology. April came to us all the way from California, eager to have a job involving patient care. She recently got married to her husband, who is in the U.S. Air Force, and they are now stationed at Eglin Air Force Base enjoying the Florida beach with their dog, Leo. April’s favorite part of the job is getting to be part of the journey to a beautiful smile!
Brittany is the Front Office Financial & Marketing Coordinator for Runnels Orthodontics. She grew up in North Carolina where she met and married the love of her life before moving to Florida. Together they have three amazing little boys aged 7, 5, and 3. Brittany has been working in the medical field for 10 years now with a growing passion for orthodontics. Her favorite part of the job is being able to see all the patients’ hard work pay off with beautiful smiles.
